Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage key retail partnerships across both companies, playing a vital part in driving growth for our clients and our business.
The Sales support specialist will be key in managing relationships for Laifen USA and Radiant Ventures, overseeing multiple large retail accounts. This role will involve working closely with the Director of Business Development to nurture these relationships, resolve conflicts, and facilitate the onboarding of new accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact between our companies and retail partners, ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for large retail accounts across both Laifen USA and Radiant Ventures, addressing client needs and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to nurture accounts and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison for retail partners, fostering strong relationships and maximizing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring a smooth and timely transition with internal and external teams.
- Provide proactive conflict resolution and solutions to client concerns, aligning outcomes with company goals.
- Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports on growth opportunities, sales trends, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services across both businesses.
- Ensure all contracts, agreements, and initiatives are executed on time and align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing large retail accounts, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proven success in managing B2B relationships, driving growth, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working closely with business development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in assessing account performance and presenting actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
- Passion for beauty products and entrepreneurial ventures, with an understanding of industry trends.
